Generic very strong core accounting skills
Mergers & Acquisitions experience
Recent hands on experience
Parallel ledgers
Asset Accounting
Depreciation areas
Parallel valuations
Unit of production depreciation method experience (common in Oil &Gas)
Candidate needs to have Oil & Gas experience.
