The Order-to-Cash Team is looking for a Senior Consultant (m/f) to partner in executing projects that support gaining Pricing Excellence. This is one of the key pillars in the global strategy of Bayer and enables profitable growth, balancing price, volume and profitability targets. In your role you will define milestones, assess risks and help projects to meet deadlines. You are an excellent planner and open-minded thinker who can balance multiple objectives and enjoys developing sustainable solutions. You keep the balance between business requirements and system stability in mind with a motivated get-it-done attitude. You have the ability to bring solutions to problems, not problems to solutions. You will collaborate closely with the following cross functions: Business, Global Process Owners, Accounting, Business Intelligence and other IT functions. Furthermore your tasks will be:
• Be responsible for the Design, Development and Implementation of complex global IT-Solutions, incl. leading and coordinating Change Management activities
• Provide guidance on determining and defining functional as well as technical requirements according to business needs in the Order-to-Cash area, keeping global template limitations and business benefits in balance
• Manage technical, functional and business knowledge to ensure E2E- and Cross business benefits
• Steer interdisciplinary projects including management of heterogeneous resources (internal, external, strategic partners)
• Lead a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Who you are
• Diploma/Bachelor/Master in IT/Business Administration/Sciences or equivalent practical experience
• Advanced experiences as Lead consultant (m/f) and/or IT Project lead (m/f) related to technical and functional business process integration, improvement and reengineering
• Deep knowledge of business processes and their IT implementation into ERP systems, preferred with a focus on Order-to-Cash
• Deep knowledge in the ERP system SAP, especially in one of the modules SD and/or FSCM
• Excellent intercultural understanding and experience combined with strong communication skills
• First experiences in leading global and multicultural teams
• Strong analytical and conceptual as well as problem solving skills
• Ability to break down complex problems and present them to senior stakeholders in a simplified and appropriate way
• Strong result orientation with Customer focus, perseverance and reliability. Ability to manage ad hoc situations and changes by adopting quickly to changed circumstances and priorities
• Very good command of English (no German necessary)
