Our client requires Scrum master with a strong sap background as they have multiple projects across Germany.
THE ROLE:-
- Coordination and control of strategic sprint planning
- Coaching of S / 4HANA project teams in the sprint planning and sprint implementation
- Content recording and creation of business requirements (user stories) Creation of Scrum Artifacts (Sprint Roadmaps, Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Task Boards, Burndown Charts, etc.) Individual and comprehensive advice to our customers in the field of digital transformation using modern SAP products Leading project teams ideally in a hybrid-agile environment taking into account organizational and technical change aspects
SKILLS REQUIRED:-
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- Very good understanding of the entire corporate value chain Up to 5 years of professional experience in the implementation of SAP solutions
- Experience in agile / hybrid agile practices, methods and frameworks (e.g., SCRUM, SAP Activate) and related tools (e.g., HP AgM, Jira)
- Ideally, you have a SCRUM Master certification and experience in the validated environment of a Life Science or Health Care company
- S4 HANA knowledge – ideally having completed a full end to end project.
- Good communicative ability and presentation skills to confidently move confidently on all levels of management
- Analytical and structured thinking to solve complex customer requests
- Very good German and English knowledge in spoken and written
- Mobility and willingness to travel
